The 100 lists directory holds the right to remove a site and membership account at any time. If we feel that there has been any reason for termination of an account, we will notify the member and continue to remove that affending account.

The 100 lists directory has the right to change the minimum payment amount at any time. This directory will give a one week notice to all members before doing so.

The 100 lists directory has the right to move any listings to categories that we think more appropriate without member notification.

The express portion of any submission payments are not refundable; you are paying this extra amount for your site to be pushed to the front of the queue. The part that is refundable is the portion that is paid toward the site total payments minus any expenses that may be incurred.

Affiliation payments are calculated from the listing payments and do not include any portion of the express submission payments. All affiliation/referral payments will be made to PayPal accounts. Please check the affiliations page in the member's area for the current percentage of the payments received for commission. Affiliation links have to be visible; hidden links and use of frames, or similar types, will result in the cancellation of any referral commissions. All rights are reserved and the payments are at the discretion of The 100 Lists Web Directory.
